Program License & Enrollment Terms

2026–2027 Program Year

By completing enrollment and submitting payment, the enrolling school and its authorized representative agree to the following terms.

1. License Grant

Page Masters LLC grants the enrolling school a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Page Masters 2026–2027 program materials ("Materials") solely for internal, non-commercial educational use at a single participating campus. This license expires July 1, 2027.

Materials include, but are not limited to: literature lists, student workbooks, coordinator guides, poetry and folklore booklets, competition questions, practice questions, digital quizzes, tracking tools, communication templates, coordinator portal content, instructional videos, and all other resources provided in connection with the program.

2. Permitted Use

Schools may print and distribute student-facing materials to enrolled students, display digital materials for instructional purposes, customize communication templates for use with their campus community, and reproduce materials in limited quantities as needed to support student participation.

3. Restrictions

Schools may not share, transfer, sell, or distribute Materials to any other school, organization, or individual. Materials may not be uploaded to any public platform or file-sharing service. Competition questions and quiz content are confidential and may not be reproduced or shared outside their intended use. Materials may not be modified or used to create derivative works without prior written consent. All Page Masters branding, copyright notices, and attribution must remain intact.

4. Intellectual Property

All Materials are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Page Masters LLC. Enrollment does not transfer any ownership interest in Materials. The Page Masters name, logo, and associated marks may not be used without prior written consent.

5. Payment

The license fee for the 2026–2027 program year is $1,195 (Priority Enrollment, before June 1, 2026) or $1,395 (Standard Enrollment). Payment is due in full at enrollment. License fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our refund policies.

Schools claiming tax-exempt status are responsible for providing a valid exemption certificate upon request and assume full responsibility for the accuracy of any exemption claimed at checkout.

6. Materials Delivery

Physical materials will be shipped to the address on file by May 15, 2026 for schools enrolling prior to May 1, 2026. Schools enrolling after June 1, 2026 will receive physical materials within fourteen (14) business days of enrollment. Schools are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Page Masters is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from an incorrect or outdated address.

Digital portal access is released on a rolling basis per the Coordinator Release Calendar provided at enrollment.

7. Termination

Page Masters may revoke access to Materials without refund if a school materially breaches these terms, including unauthorized distribution of Materials. Upon termination or expiration, schools must cease all use of Materials and confirm deletion or destruction of digital copies upon request. Schools with revoked access due to material breaches are not eligible for a refund.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Materials are provided as-is. Page Masters makes no warranties regarding fitness for any particular purpose, student outcomes, or academic results.

9. Limitation of Liability

Page Masters' total liability for any claim under these terms shall not exceed the license fee paid for the current program year. Page Masters is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Luis Obispo County, California.
