Page Masters Program

1. Overview
Page Masters (“Page Masters,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a reading incentive and academic enrichment program curriculum for elementary school students. By accessing our website, enrolling in the program, or participating in any Page Masters activity, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, do not use the website or participate in the program.
2. Eligibility
Page Masters is intended for use by:
Schools, school districts, educators, librarians, and approved volunteers
Students in grades 4–6 participating through a school or organized program
Students may only participate under the supervision of a school or responsible adult. Parents or guardians are responsible for reviewing program participation with their child.
3. Program Participation
Participation in Page Masters includes, but is not limited to:
Reading assigned or approved materials
Completing quizzes or activities
Participating individually or as part of a team
Schools are responsible for overseeing participation, enforcing rules, and ensuring academic integrity. Page Masters reserves the right to disqualify schools from future participation for rule violations, including cheating, copyright infringement, misuse of materials, or any other inappropriate actions.
4. Intellectual Property
All program materials—including quizzes, instructions, videos, templates, branding, and written content—are the intellectual property of Page Masters unless otherwise noted. Materials may not be copied, distributed, resold, or modified outside the enrolled school’s use without written permission.
Books used in the program remain the property of their respective copyright holders. Page Masters does not claim ownership of book or poetry content.
5. Payments, Pricing, and Refunds
Pricing, kit options, and program inclusions are outlined on our website or enrollment materials.
Unless otherwise stated:
Payments are due prior to program access
Refunds are not guaranteed once materials or digital access are delivered
Pilot programs may have separate terms
Refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
Page Masters provides educational materials “as is.” We do not guarantee academic outcomes, test score improvements, or specific results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Page Masters is not liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of data, participation time, or academic outcomes
Actions taken by schools, students, or volunteers
7. Indemnification
Schools and participating organizations agree to indemnify and hold harmless Page Masters from claims arising from misuse of materials, program administration errors, or failure to obtain appropriate parental permissions.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or program constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
